Are you allowing your good to come to you? The checklist

We live in a very productivity based society where we place great value on hard work and accomplishment.  As we talked about in the course, yes we must take action on our goals BUT we must also take time to love and nurture ourselves so we can allow our desires to manifest.

Life is like the ebbs and flow of the waves. Sometimes we need momentum and action to propel things into fruition and sometimes we need to just back off and let it come to us. If we are so busy taking action, we don’t notice the person at your door knocking…. a person with the solution, the business deal, the job, your life partner, etc.  And when we are relaxed and nourished, we are open to creative solutions to come to us.


If you are not allowing, giving space for your goals to flourish, you will experience some or all of the following symptoms:


    * You are always taking action or working with little or no breaks
    * You find yourself often overworked, tired or stressed
    * You have busy brain. Your mind is almost always going and you find it hard to shut off the thinking.
    * You rarely take time or do things just for you.
    * You can be a control freak.
    * You push through and keep working, even when tired.


If you checked even 1 thing, take some time today to write a list of things that bring you joy and make you laugh. It can be as simple as listening your favorite songs, reading an inspiring quote, looking a picture of a loved one, taking a bubble bath or reading a good book to bigger things like going to the movies with friends, playing golf, riding a rollercoaster, snowboarding  or hanging out at the beach.

Choose at least 2 small things you can do everyday. Take breaks and find some happy time so you can release that stress and start allowing. Choose at least 1 bigger thing you do once a week so you can get a real break and self nurture.

You deserve it!
