It was only last month that I started discovering the world of meditation and mindfulness, and although I have been curious at it for so long, its only recently that I have started it in my daily life. In the course of meditating, I often find my mind wandering to other things, and my guide says this is common for beginners. I am looking forward to letting go of all the hindrances that will take me to mindfulness. Thank you for this post!
