“If the only prayer you said in your whole life was, ‘thank you,’ that would suffice.” ~Meister Eckhart
As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to thank you.
Thank you for being a part of this community. We are a group of friends, colleagues and people who are willing to grow and become even more of who we truly are. I appreciate your comments on my blogs, your questions that help me think and your kindness.
I’m sending you good thoughts and prayers on this day to remember how we are grateful.
I saw this somewhere and thought you might enjoy feeling the linage of human gratitude. It’s a hymn, written in 1844 by Dr. Henry Alford:
Come, ye thankful people, come,
Raise the song of harvest home;
All is safely gathered in,
Ere the winter storms begin.
God our Maker doth provide
For our wants to be supplied;
Come to God's own temple, come,
Raise the song of harvest home.
I’d love to hear what you are grateful for please comment below.

Dr. Jennifer,
Kudos on creating a community to encourage positivity and helping to make lasting change in peoples'' lives. What a beautiful journey you are on!
On this day of gratitude, it is only appropriate that each of us pauses to reflect on all the gifts we have in our lives. You are one of those gifts. On behalf of those whose lives you have touched, I say "thank you" |
